SUPPORT & MODERATION

Use the Nexus Entertainment & Nexus Media Ban Appeal Centre to request a formal review of a Twitch or YouTube channel restriction. Follow the guided process, explain what happened, provide supporting evidence and tell our review team what outcome you are requesting.

Checking your private session and appeal eligibility…

YOUR VOICE MATTERS

Start a new ban appeal

Prepare one complete appeal covering the affected platform or both platforms. Include relevant evidence and the outcome you would like us to consider.

One submission per private session and network IP address every 14 days. The form opens only when you choose to begin.

Before you begin

  • Have your Discord, Twitch or YouTube account details ready.
  • Check the reason and date of the restriction.
  • Gather relevant clip, video or message links.
  • Explain any disagreement honestly; you do not need to admit wrongdoing to request a review.
This service reviews Nexus moderation restrictions across Discord, Twitch and YouTube. Nexus can only review actions issued by Nexus moderators; platform-wide Discord, Twitch or YouTube enforcement must be appealed through the relevant platform.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

How the appeal process works

Submitting an appeal starts a formal review. It does not automatically remove a restriction. Keep your application reference because it is the easiest way to identify your case if you need to contact the review team.

01

Submit one complete appeal

Choose Discord, Twitch, YouTube or all three, answer the relevant questions and provide the clearest evidence you have. Your appeal is saved only after the final Submit appeal button is successfully accepted.

02

Reference issued

After a successful submission, the Appeal Centre displays your application reference and submission status. Save this reference. A 14-day submission cooldown begins, but the countdown is not a deadline for the review decision.

03

Review by the team

Authorised reviewers consider the restriction reason, your explanation, relevant moderation records and any evidence supplied. They may uphold the action, change it, reduce it, remove it or request further information where appropriate.

04

Status updates

Return to the Appeal Centre to check the latest recorded status. If you contact Nexus about the case, quote the application reference so the team can identify the correct appeal without relying only on your username.

05

How you hear back

You will not receive a direct acceptance or denial message from us. You must keep checking My Tickets and our official social media channels to see whether the restriction has been removed or remains in place. You may also contact us through Discord and quote your unique appeal reference so the team can identify your case.

06

After a decision

If you choose to close your ticket yourself, that closure is permanent and the ticket cannot be reopened. If your appeal is accepted or denied, Nexus Entertainment & Nexus Media will not send you a separate decision notification. Check My Tickets, check the relevant Discord, Twitch or YouTube account, and check our official social media channels. If you need to ask about the outcome, contact us through Discord and provide your unique appeal reference.

Important: Do not submit duplicate appeals, create new accounts to evade an active restriction, or assume the 14-day cooldown means your restriction ends after 14 days. The cooldown only controls when another appeal may be submitted.
